So from what I have seen with my boyfriend’s business and my try at my own I have seen some interesting things… The one Im going to write about is a bit negative but I think it should be written.
When it comes to both of our businesses we want our clients to be HAPPY with their product…I think its very interesting that people think that by telling us its “ok” and then complain later… OR when asked for constructive criticism from the client on what they want the client says “oh no its ok” or that they “dont want to get into it.” Almost like its nicer to say that than the truth. At least with the truth you KNOW something is wrong and hopefully u know WHAT is wrong instead of going home unhappy as a client and for the business person they go home doing a guessing game.

OK so whole point of the rant. Clients PLEASE PLEASE tell who ever your buying from the truth of what you think it will be a win win situation. Thanks.
